Build 1 to 2 marine farming models such as seaweed, lobster… Build at least 2 marine farming models associated with tourism and services to ensure livelihoods and increase income for fishermen.
Ensure 100% of marine aquaculture establishments, owners and employees have access to necessary information specified in the current Fisheries Law and other relevant regulations. At least 85% of technical workers at marine aquaculture facilities participate in training courses on marine aquaculture techniques.

High-tech aquaculture areas, according to the value chain are not many, production is still small, household scale, not connected, low efficiency, unstable, highly dependent on weather, disease, market. The main farming species is limited, the economic value is not high, the technical process of farming is still traditional and spontaneous. The infrastructure of aquaculture breeding and production areas has not yet met the technical conditions and is not suitable for each subject.
