Build 1 to 2 marine farming models such as seaweed, lobster… Build at least 2 marine farming models associated with tourism and services to ensure livelihoods and increase income for fishermen.
Ensure 100% of marine aquaculture establishments, owners and employees have access to necessary information specified in the current Fisheries Law and other relevant regulations. High-tech aquaculture areas, according to the value chain are not many, production is still small, household scale, not connected, low efficiency, unstable, highly dependent on weather, disease, market.
